ISLE OF COLL - BIRDS SEEN IN THE GARDEN OF ANNIE'S CROFT

15th November 2008. There are many birds feeding in the garden today, mostly starlings, house sparrows, chaffinch and doves. However, I noticed that a Coal Tit has started feeding on the decking area. Although a common sight on the mainland, the Coal Tit is classed as a "scarce year round visitor" to Coll (According to the Birds of Tiree and Coll book)
